Billing Information:

Your Laptop Stop is a division of Manage My Printing...Your Office Stop! All credit card statement billing will have the name of our parent company on them, which is "Manage My Printing." Credit cards will be authorized by us within 24 business hours of placing your order, but no cards will be actually charged through until your item is ready to ship.

Shipping Information:

Most items ship within 24-48 business hours of confirmed payment. A tracking or delivery confirmation number will be supplied to you upon shipping.

Out of Stock Items and Back Orders:

Should an item be back ordered or if there will be a significant delay (longer than 7 days) before shipping, we will contact you by email to inform you of the situation and offer you the chance to either wait for the back ordered item or cancel your order for a full refund.

Refund and Return Policies:

Your Laptop Stop is committed to providing you with the best possible shopping and customer service experience. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any purchase, we will gladly exchange it, replace it or credit your account within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs (note exceptions below). We understand that our business will only grow by satisfying you, our customer, and therefore everything that we offer carries this warranty.

To return any item, ship it back to us via UPS, Federal Express or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please include a note with your shipment indicating why you are making the return, along with a copy of the invoice so that we can match the return with the purchaser. Original shipping and handling charges, and return charges, are not refundable, however, if you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color or new item, we will absorb the S&H charges of the new product to you.

All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, with tags attached if applicable, in order to receive a full refund. You must also include both the laptop bag and matching laptop sleeve, if there was one originally, on all returns in order to receive a credit. Any laptop bag being returned should be shipped back in its original packaging. In the event there is a manufacturer’s defect with the product, we will replace it with the same item free of charge or provide you with a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days once the merchandise has been received by Your Laptop Stop. We will credit (less shipping and handling) the same credit card that you used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 2 billing cycles depending on the credit card that you used for the credit to appear on your account.
